Channel Management (Administrators)
Administrators can register company Telegram channels to post vacancies and announcements.
Registering a Channel
Prerequisites
- You must be an administrator of the Telegram channel
- Connect your personal Telegram account first (see "Connecting Your Telegram Account" above) — this is required before adding channels
- Add the Marmend bot as an administrator in your channel:
- Open your Telegram channel settings
- Go to "Administrators"
- Add the Marmend bot (search for the bot username)
- Grant permission to post messages
Step 1: Go to Integrations Settings
- Navigate to Administration > Integrations
- Find the Telegram Channels card
- Click Add Channel
Path: /company/admin/integrations
Step 2: Enter Channel Information
- Enter your channel's username (e.g.,
@company_jobs) or chat ID for private channels - Click Send Verification Code
Step 3: Verify Ownership
Marmend uses a secure verification process to ensure only authorized users can register channels. The verification code is never posted publicly in the channel. Instead, it is delivered securely:
Scenario A — Channel owner has started the Marmend bot: The verification code is sent as a private message (DM) to the channel owner. Ask the owner to share the code with you if you are not the owner.
Scenario B — Owner hasn't started the bot, but you have Telegram connected: The code is sent as a private message to your Telegram. Check your messages from the Marmend bot.
Scenario C — Neither the owner nor you are reachable via DM: The code is displayed directly in the Marmend interface. Share this code with the channel owner to confirm ownership.
In all cases:
- Enter the 6-digit code in Marmend within 10 minutes
- Click Verify & Connect
Once verified, your channel appears in the list and is ready for posting.
Tip: For the smoothest experience, ask the channel owner to start a conversation with the Marmend bot before registering the channel. This enables the most secure verification method (Scenario A).
Managing Multiple Channels
You can register multiple channels for different purposes:

- No OTP verification required
To change the setting:
