Jobs Page Editor

Updated July 27, 2026

Customize how your company's public Jobs page looks — the page candidates see when they browse your open roles. You get a live preview that shows exactly what candidates will see on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Opening the Editor

  1. Go to Admin Panel (you need the Owner or Admin role).
  2. Click the Job site editing card.

The editor needs a screen at least 1200 px wide — on smaller screens you'll see a notice asking you to switch to a desktop.

What You Can Customize

Company Banner

The banner is the wide hero image at the top of your jobs page.

  • Click the banner area in the preview (or Upload in the sidebar) to add one.
  • Format: JPG or PNG. Recommended size: 1500 × 500 px. Maximum file size: 2 MB.
  • After choosing a file you can crop it — the banner always keeps a 3:1 shape.
  • Use the toggle next to Company banner in the sidebar to show or hide the banner on the public page without deleting it.
  • To remove it completely, click the trash icon and confirm.

Company Logo

Click the logo in the preview (or the Logo section in the sidebar) to upload or replace it. We recommend SVG, or PNG with a transparent background. This is the same logo used across your public pages — changing it here changes it everywhere.

Company Name

Click the pencil icon next to Company name in the sidebar, type the new name, and confirm with the check mark.

Note: Saving the company name requires a website link to be filled in as well. If you haven't set one yet, add your website link first.

Website Link

The Visit website button on your jobs page leads candidates to your company website.

  • Use the toggle to show or hide the button.
  • Click the pencil icon to change the address. It must be a full URL starting with http:// or https:// — for example https://example.com.

Company Tags

The tags under your company name — the number of employees and open roles — are generated automatically from your Marmend data. They update on their own; there is nothing to configure.

Previewing Your Page

Use the Desktop / Tablet / Mobile buttons at the top to see how the page looks on each device. The preview updates immediately as you make changes.

When you're happy with the result, click See public view at the bottom of the sidebar to open your real public jobs page in a new tab.

Good to Know

  • Changes go live within a few seconds — there is no separate "publish" step.
  • If an uploaded image fails to load anywhere, a neutral placeholder is shown instead.
