Marmend lets you upload your company logo so it appears on every page candidates see — your public job listings, application forms, and the published vacancy pages.

Where Your Logo Appears

Your logo shows up automatically on:

• The public vacancy pages (the ones you share with candidates)
• The application form candidates fill out
• The candidate-facing emails that include your company branding

If you haven't uploaded a logo yet, the default Marmend placeholder is used.

How to Upload Your Logo

1. Go to Admin Panel → Company Settings → General Info.
2. Click the logo placeholder (or your existing logo) in the Company Logo section.
3. Choose an image file from your computer. PNG, JPG, and SVG are supported.
4. Crop the image if needed and click Save.

Your new logo goes live within a few seconds. There's no need to publish anything separately — Marmend updates every page where the logo is shown automatically.

Image Requirements

• Format: PNG, JPG, or SVG
• Recommended size: at least 256 × 256 pixels, square
• Maximum file size: 2 MB
• Use a transparent background (PNG or SVG) if you want the logo to blend with different page backgrounds

Updating Your Logo

Replace your logo the same way you uploaded it. The new image takes over everywhere within a few seconds — candidates browsing your public pages will see the new logo on their next refresh.

Removing Your Logo

To revert to the default placeholder, upload a different image or contact support to clear the field.

Tips

• Use a logo with a clear, recognizable mark — candidates often scroll past quickly, and a strong logo helps them identify your company at a glance.
• Test your logo against both light and dark backgrounds before uploading. The application form uses a white background; public job pages may vary.
• If you have multiple brand variants (e.g., horizontal vs. square), pick the one that reads best at small sizes.
