Overview
Bot Manager is an alternative meeting bot provider that works alongside Recall.ai. When enabled for your organization, meeting bots will be created using Bot Manager instead of Recall.ai.
How It Works
- Your administrator enables Bot Manager for your organization
- New meeting bots are automatically created using Bot Manager
- Existing bots from Recall.ai continue to work normally
- The meeting bot experience (scheduling, recording, transcripts) remains the same

FAQ
Will my existing meeting recordings be affected?
No. Existing recordings and transcripts from Recall.ai remain accessible. Only new bots use the Bot Manager provider.
Can I switch back to Recall.ai?
Yes. Your administrator can change the bot provider setting at any time. This only affects new bots — existing bots continue using their original provider.
Is the meeting bot experience different?
The core experience is the same: bots join meetings, record audio, and generate transcripts. Some minor differences in transcript availability timing may occur.
